Yesterday the program Khara Sach regarding fake housing society EDEN was very good and encouraging.

There are other housing societies also doing the same thing:
1. Central Park housing society Lahore: I purchased 2 files in 2004 & 2005 in F block of Central park. They said they will give the possession in 3 years. Up till now they have developed only 3 blocks from the total 8 blocks and gave possession it means only 30-35% of land is developed and people r saying that remaining land is not with him. I and many others like me whose plot is in the non-possession area are suffering since 10 years. And nobody knows how long it will take.
2. Bahria phase-9 Pindi: I purchased 3 files from the open market in 2004 on very high price and later on merged in phase-8. The cost of 3 files were more than 11 lac but when merged to get a plot in phase-8 the total paid price was only 6 lace and remaining around 4 lac were paid more to get plot in phase 8 whose total cost was 10 lac. The phase-9 of Bahria is still not even started.
3. NFC-2 housing society: I purchased 2003/2004 2 files from the market. NFC officials promised to give in 5 years i.e. in 2008 but after 10 years, still no development.
4. Bahria Town Sector-C: I purchased 2 files at very high price in 2004 for some blocks in sector-C. Later on they develop only 30-40% of land and said to the remaining people to merge the files to the plots which r coming in the possession area. In this way only paid amount was merged and the plot which was given by Bahia for 1300000/- become 22 lac because of high price purchasing from the market.
5. Qurtaba City Pindi: It was launched in 2002 and Qazi sahib of Jamat Islami said in the big Jalsa at Chakri that they are developing a new Islamic city near Rawalpindi and within 3-4 years they will give the possession. We have purchased the plots there thinking that they will fulfill there promises. But not at all, now after 12 years no development there.
Similarly, many other societies are there who have grabbed the earnings of the people like me who are working very hard in abroad and sending to Pakistan purchasing plots.
I request u to do another program to open the frauds of all other housing societies.
