We should leave the debate of right and wrong, and concentrate on the completion of most important agenda of operation Zarb-e-Azb. We must not forget about those who left their everything for Pakistan, who sacrificed for the whole Nation. They are our real heroes besides military men; these are also the soldiers fighting with the weapons of their aims to clean Pakistan from the curse of terrorism. They deserve our appreciation our support. The scarification of tribal’s are not new, in fact since independence the tribal’s belt of Pakistan has a tradition of sacrifice. That why Quid e Azam quoted them as “Bazo-e-ShamshirZan” (Sword).
Since 1947 we get the large part of Kashmir due to the efforts of these tribes which proved that tribal’s are always stand united with Pakistan. Our Army consist a larger part which belongs to these tribals. Again they are sacrificing for us; it’s our moral duty to not leave them alone. Pakistani nation should play their role as Ansar Madina did.
Some negative thoughts are also floating on media by anti elements that IDPs are complaining for military operation. They are against this Operation as they were happy in their homes and due to this operation; IDP’s had to leave their place and are living this difficult life. This is not more than a fabricated propaganda against Pakistan military and leadership. IDPs in camps appreciated this step of government because they also want to get rid from the menace of terrorism. They were living in such a ghastly environment where their children are growing in terrorized environment. Their children, especially girls are not allowed to go to school freely, their markets were full of weapons and terrorized economy was prevailed over there.
There is a need of realization that living a life like IDP’s are living today, especially during Ramadan while you’re fasting the whole long day of summers. We usually complain, when we’re fasting while sitting in air-conditioned rooms and in the comfort of our homes, imagine their days with fast in IDP’s camps without proper arrangement of electricity. They are also from us, our brothers and sisters are in this situation just to secure our future just to secure Pakistan from terrorism. But unfortunately our government and nation is lacking on their part. While soldiers are offering their lives for Pakistan, on the other hand the residents of Waziristan are facing doom. Both are scarifying for a national cause which will serve the survival of the country.
It is predicted that the number of displaced people by the Operation Zarb-e-Azb is going to cross the 600,000 mark. But the question is will our govt be able to secure this much influx of IDP’s? Our government is already facing political differences, although PPP and PTI is doing some work for IDPs, on the other side MQM gives full support to Operation Zar-e-Azb, but still there are many who have not speak a single word not in the support of Operation neither for IDPs. Apparently there are strenuous efforts being made to ease the pain of the IDPs’ circumstances, but in actual they are suffering. If we will not play our role in helping IDPs it will be the 600,000 that pay the highest price of this military Operation.
