The Dark Scar of Pakistan’s History and Hindu Republic of Bharat! – Part 2
In an interview with Dr Danish on ARY NEWS on 12 July 2015, Gen. (R ) Pervez Musharraf well explained about the extremist views of the recent BJP-led government of Modi. He said that problem did not lie with BJP as former Indian Premier Vajpayee was also from the same party. Vajpayee was moderate and General Musharraf started peace talks with the resolution of Kashmir issue at the forefront with him. The problem is with one man i.e. Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is anti-Muslim and anti-Pakistan. Gujrat Massacre also took place when he was the Chief Minister of Gujrat, this fact is for all to see and not hidden from the world. The reason of his extremist mindset is because he was formerly a member of RSS (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh). In the words of Gen. (R ) Pervez Musharraf:
“RSS is a militant and extremist organization. It believes in Hindu dominance. Now Hindu dominance against whom? On Muslims. Prime Minister Modi happened to be a member of RSS since his early years. So we know what his views are”.
In the interview he also said that India claims to be a secular country. This is false due to the fact that India has always suppressed Muslims. It should openly declare itself as a Hindu state who wants dominance on Sikhs and Muslims. So he said:
“I would suggest that India should change its name to ‘Hindu Republic of Bharat’!”
In the wake of the controversial military action by India against Myanmar, news of which was later denied by Myanmar that no such action was taken on its territory and also images of the action were proven to be photoshopped, the Minister of State for (Dis) Information and Broadcasting Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore said that India can make surgical strikes at any time and at any place including on the western border. Now everyone knows the tone and intention of India and what it meant by western border, which certainly hinted towards Pakistan. Pakistan Army and Gen. (R ) Pervez Musharraf gave a befitting reply to India. Musharraf gave a roaring response:
“If India wants to use force against Pakistan, let them come. Pakistan Army is ready and its response will be ‘Allah u Akbar’!”
His words hit India making it restless so much so that after his above ‘Allah u Akbar’ statement and Shab-e-Baraat one, ‘Pervez Musharraf’ was trending on both electronic and social media. He said:
“Don’t push us, we didn’t make nukes to fire on Shab-e-Baraat”
He openly said about Pakistan as:
“Pakistan is not Myanmar, and India dare not treat Pakistan as Myanmar.”
Modi’s Hindu mindset is not only affecting relationships between Pakistan and India but also between Pakistan and Bangladesh. General Musharraf’s views on this are:
“After 50 years you are trying to whip up anti-Pakistan feelings in Bangladesh…is this a very peaceful attitude…without any whatsoever rhyme or reason.”
About India-Pakistan relations he said:
“India changed its conduct after Narendra Modi assumed the post of Prime Minister. The bilateral relations between the two countries are being adversely affected owing to a single person”
Gen. (R ) Pervez Musharraf believes in equality and sovereignty with which Pakistan should be dealt with. Just like every country has its national interest, Pakistan also has its national interest. Our main interest with India should be resolution of Kashmir issue in accordance with UN resolutions, not personal interests of expanding family businesses like certain politicians. The nation should also acknowledge the loyalty and sincerity of this core soldier of the motherland, son of the soil, who has served Pakistan for more than 40 years. He will still readily share the last drop of his blood for Pakistan.
