Chocolate, food for everyone be it any age, one simply can’t say NO to chocolates. It’s one of those rare food items which are widely used in all the seasons; it has the oomph which makes everyone go nuts about it.

Dark Chocolate- most commonly used chocolate. Study after study proves that dark chocolate—sweet, rich, and delicious—is good for more than curing a broken heart. It has been discovered that, dark chocolate has a number of healthy benefits; it has the ability to keep the heart stable, it works best in controlling the blood sugar, and above all it keeps a person physically fit and DOES NOT MAKE YOU GAIN WEIGHT!!

Researchers at Harvard University in the U.S. studied 8,000 men for 65 years and found that those who ate modest amounts of chocolate up to three times a month, lived almost a year longer than those who didn’t eat any, this means that chocolates help a person live longer. Chocolates may protect your skin against the sun, it may lower the risk of cardiovascular diseases, it helps to improve blood flow and lower blood pressure, and it is a powerful source of antioxidants.

In the previous times, it has been seen that sweet’s (Mithai) were used in the wedding’s while performing the rituals, but the tradition has been changed.  Now people mostly prefer chocolates instead of those sweets. Moreover, People also give chocolates to their loved ones as a gift on the festivities & special occasions. As it is a symbol of love, devotion, friendship and sharing happiness.

Being a part of modern era, chocolates are not confined to chocolate candies, bar’s and ice creams only, but it is also available in various forms of items. For instance, Chocolate cakes, pastries, muffins, biscuits, brownies, cupcakes, coffee, shakes & etc.

To conclude, chocolate is a flavor of all the seasons and it is not limited to any age. It’s the only thing which can be eaten by all the age group without tension of putting up the calories.
